All orders are delivered free of charge for orders over DKK 700 to GLS Pakkeshop. If you buy for less than DKK 700, the shipping costs DKK 79 for delivery to the parcel shop.

Packages are delivered with GLS. When the package has been dispatched, you will receive an SMS and e-mail from the shipping company that your package is on its way. If you do not receive notification about the delivery of your package, please feel free to contact us at contact@wintherwinther.com to get information about your delivery.

Deliveries to Denmark only.


4. RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

YOU MUST EITHER RETURN OR TELL US BY EMAIL THAT YOU WISH TO RETURN WITHIN 14 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING THE ITEM.

Returns
When returning, you must ensure that the goods are securely wrapped. The item(s) must be returned in essentially the same condition as when you received the item(s), and you as the sender are responsible for the package(s) until we receive it(s). Please note that goods with broken/missing seals and missing or significantly deteriorated packaging cannot be returned.

You must pay postage yourself. You choose which shipping company you want to use in connection with the return of your item (however, we recommend GLS or PostNord). We recommend that you send your return package as an insured package, so that you have the option of using "Track and Trace" should a delay or non-delivery of the package occur.

We do not accept return mail sent to a post office or parcel box. In such cases, it must be expected that the package will be sent back to the sender, after which it must be sent again (with redistribution). All expenses in such situations are imposed on you as the sender. ALWAYS save the postal receipt as well as any track and trace number, so that you can always find documentation that the package has been sent if the accident is over.

Refunds
Once your return is registered in our warehouse, we will process it as soon as possible and refund your payment. Normally, the handling time is 2-3 working days from the time your return is received.
The amount is always transferred to the same means of payment with which you paid for the purchase. When the money is in your account depends on your bank and which payment method you used when you ordered.

Complaints
Your purchase of covered by the Sales Act, including the defect rules. This means that you can either get a defective item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a discount, depending on the specific situation.
It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour.

5. PERSONAL DATA

In order to be able to shop at www.team-rynkebymerch.winthergifts.dk, you must provide at least:

2. Address
3. Email address
The above data will be stored with information about which goods you have purchased for 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the information relates, cf. Section 10 of the Accounting Act, after which the information will be deleted.
Information is not passed on or sold to third parties, unless this happens in connection with a restructuring or a full or partial sale of the company. Any disclosure in such a situation will take place in accordance with the personal data legislation in force at any time. As a customer, you have the opportunity to gain insight into our registration of data about you, and you can object to a registration in accordance with the rules on this in the Act on the Processing of Personal Data, and inquiries in connection with this should be addressed to WINTHER Gifts via contact@wintherwinther.com
